Sharing your Xiaomi surveillance camera with family, friends, or colleagues is a simple process that can be completed in a few minutes. By sharing your camera, you can allow others to view the live feed from the camera, receive motion alerts, and even control the camera remotely.

Step 1: Open the Xiaomi Home App

To begin, open the Xiaomi Home app on your smartphone or tablet. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Select Your Camera

Once the app is open, select the camera you want to share. You will see a list of all of the cameras that are connected to your Xiaomi Home account.

Step 3: Tap the Share Button

Once you have selected the camera, tap the "Share" button. This button is located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Enter the Email Address of the Person You Want to Share With

Enter the email address of the person you want to share the camera with. You can enter multiple email addresses if you want to share the camera with more than one person.

Step 5: Tap the "Send" Button

Once you have entered the email address of the person you want to share the camera with, tap the "Send" button. The person you shared the camera with will receive an email with a link to the camera's live feed.

Step 6: The Person You Shared the Camera With Will Need to Accept the Invitation

When the person you shared the camera with clicks on the link in the email, they will be prompted to accept the invitation. Once they accept, they will be able to view the live feed from the camera, receive motion alerts, and control the camera remotely.

Additional Tips
If the person you shared the camera with does not have a Xiaomi Home account, they will need to create one before they can accept the invitation.
You can share your camera with up to 8 people.
You can revoke access to your camera at any time by tapping the "Share" button again and then tapping the "Revoke Access" button.
