Introduction
Thank you for selecting our customer monitoring system. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to install and configure your system.
Unpacking and Inventory
Unpack the system and verify that you have all of the following components:
1x NVR (Network Video Recorder)
4x IP Cameras
4x Coaxial cables
4x Power supplies for cameras
1x Power supply for NVR
1x Ethernet cable
1x HDMI cable (optional)
1x Mouse and keyboard (optional)
1x Quick start guide
Hardware Installation
1. Install the NVR
Choose a location for the NVR that is well-ventilated and protected from dust and moisture.
Connect the power supply to the NVR.
Connect a monitor to the NVR using an HDMI cable (optional).
Connect a mouse and keyboard to the NVR (optional).
2. Install the Cameras
Choose locations for the cameras that provide clear visibility of the areas you want to monitor.
Mount the cameras using the included hardware.
Connect the coaxial cables to the cameras.
Connect the other end of the coaxial cables to the NVR.
Connect the power supplies to the cameras.
Network Configuration
1. Configure the NVR
Power on the NVR and monitor.
Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the network settings.
Make sure the NVR is connected to the network and can access the internet.
2. Add Cameras to the NVR
On the NVR's homepage, click on "Add Camera."
Select "Search" and the NVR will automatically search for the connected cameras.
Select the cameras you want to add and click "Add."
Enter the camera's password (default password is "admin").
Live Viewing and Recording
1. Live Viewing
To view live video from the cameras, click on the "Live" tab on the NVR's homepage.
Select the camera you want to view.
2. Recording
To configure recording settings, click on the "Record" tab on the NVR's homepage.
Select the camera you want to configure.
Set the recording schedule and resolution.
Playback
To playback recorded video, click on the "Playback" tab on the NVR's homepage. Select the camera and date range you want to view. The playback controls will appear at the bottom of the screen.
