Hikvision monitors are equipped with an On-Screen Display (OSD) menu that allows users to adjust various settings and configure the monitor's functionality. OSD Menu Navigation

Troubleshooting OSD Issues

If you are having trouble using the OSD menu or the OSD button, try the following troubleshooting tips:
Make sure that the OSD menu is not locked. To unlock the OSD menu, press and hold the OSD button for several seconds.
Try using a different OSD button. Some monitors have multiple OSD buttons.
